How hot-dip galvanizing works
Cleaning
Oil, grease and paint are removed (degreasing).
Pickling
An acid bath takes off rust and mill scale.
Fluxing
A flux coat keeps the clean steel ready for zinc.
Zinc dip
The piece goes fully into molten zinc.
Cooling and inspection
Cooled and checked, then ready to go back to you.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We ship steel nationwide. For service jobs, ask us about pickup and delivery when you send your list.
